I had only been in Japan for a few days. I decided to walk around the Kabukicho district in Shinjuku Tokyo Japan. Unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention to the “video quality selector” on my camera, so the resolution isn’t as high as I would have liked. I recorded this footage for my Pateron supporters and uploaded it the next day.

Ochanomizu is the famous “Guitar Street” in Tokyo. Some of the shops allowed me to record and some didn’t. Here is a compilation of the various guitar shops in the district

I visited URAMONES in Fukui Japan before my gig at Bar Style. We jammed on some Ramones tunes and I recorded it. I had a great time and plan to go back to visit them again. The full video is available as exclusive content to my Patreon supporters.

I am about to start rebuilding the music for my experimental project called “Multiple Man” and this is the first draft of the drum configuration I will use to record and sample the drum parts. I am currently running an overhead mic and SPDS into a mixer and through a KORG Kaoss Mini. There are quite a few effects in the KAOSS pad but the one I use the most is the looper. In addition to creating loops, I will be using the setup live. I have 2 separate laptops recording the drums and electronics
